How to make an appointment
If you need to see/speak to a clinician for a health problem, please call the surgery on the main number between 8am & 6.30pm.
Please give the call handler as much details as possible regarding your health problem. This information will help the clinician determine the urgency of your call so that we can prioritise clinically urgent queries.
You can also call into the surgery to request an appointment.
Appointments can be booked for urgent and non-urgent appointments. Non urgent appointments can be scheduled up to two weeks in advance.

If you medical need in nonurgent, you can request an appointment ( up to two weeks in advance) by completing the form below.
Once submitted, our clinicians will evaluate your medical need and the surgery will advise you of the next course of action, which may include a telephone or face to face appointment, tests conducted, such as a blood test) or medication being prescribed.
